Silverlode helped a global luxury brand find a new location and secure incentives for a regional customer contact center. Silverlode analyzed 33 cities for potential locations and identified more than 340 potential facilities in almost 19 states, taking into account factors such as the language diversity of the area, availability of direct flights to the company’s headquarters, and capacity for job growth.
Silverlode analyzed key demographic, geographic, and economic indicators that were important to the client and provided a weighted location factor analysis. Upon narrowing down the location to three finalist cities, Silverlode identified available local and state, tax and financial incentives. The new customer contact center created more than 200 jobs for the area.
